Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to Inventory AI: the web app, the chat assistants (Telegram, WhatsApp and AI-assistant connectors such as Grok) and the optional Omega POS connector. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the venue you register.
1. The service
Inventory AI helps bars and restaurants record stock, deliveries, sales, counts, waste and reorders, and produces reports and alerts from that data. Features depend on your plan and may change as the product improves. We'll tell you before removing a feature you pay for.
2. Your account and team
- You're responsible for the people you invite to your venue and for what they enter, including through linked chat numbers and connector links.
- Keep your login, invite links and connector links private. If one leaks, make a new one in the app; the old one stops working.
- You must be allowed to act for the venue you register.
3. Free trial
New venues get a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. When the trial ends, the inventory becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but nothing new can be saved until you choose a plan. We don't delete your data when a trial ends.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Prices are shown in the app under Plan & billing before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Whish Money. We don't see or store your card or wallet details.
- Your plan runs until the renewal date shown in the app. It does not renew automatically: you renew by paying again.
- If a paid plan isn't renewed, you get 3 days of grace. After that the inventory becomes read-only until you renew.
Payments are not refundable, because every venue can try Inventory AI free for 14 days before paying. If you were charged twice by mistake, tell us and we'll return the extra payment. To stop, simply don't renew: your plan ends on its renewal date.
5. Your data
Your venue's data belongs to you. We use it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
6. AI and accuracy
The assistant uses AI to read messages, photos and documents and to record what they contain. It can make mistakes, such as misreading an invoice. Check what it records; every change it makes can be seen in the app and undone. Reports, costs and reorder suggestions are tools to help you decide, not guarantees. You remain responsible for your stock, purchasing and business decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, try to access other venues' data, overload or attack the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may pause the service briefly for maintenance and will try to do so outside service hours.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Inventory AI is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost stock or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Inventory AI at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service with at least 30 days' notice; in that case we'll help you export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.
