Inventory AI is an inventory tool for bars and restaurants. Venues use it to track stock, deliveries, sales, counts and reorders, through the web app and through a WhatsApp assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the venues and roles you belong to.
• Venue data: products, recipes, prices, stock counts, deliveries, sales and other inventory records that you or your team enter.
• WhatsApp messages: if your team links a phone number to the assistant, we receive the messages, photos (for example invoices), PDFs and spreadsheets sent to it, along with the sender's phone number.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To run the service: record inventory, calculate stock and costs, and send the daily and weekly reports and the restock or problem alerts your venue asked for.
• To understand messages: text, images and documents sent to the WhatsApp assistant are processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude API) only to read and record the inventory information they contain.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes the data

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): message delivery.
• Anthropic: AI processing of assistant messages.
• Telegram: message delivery, for teams that use the Telegram assistant.
• Whish Money: plan payments. We receive the payment status and the payer's phone number, never card or wallet details.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and security measures.

How long we keep it

Venue inventory data is kept while the venue's account is active. Recent WhatsApp conversation context is kept for a short period (at most the last 40 messages per number, and only the last 2 days are used). The undo history is kept for 7 days.

Your choices

• Disconnect a phone number at any time from the app (account menu → Connect WhatsApp → Disconnect).
• Ask us to export or delete your account or venue data by emailing the address below.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your data, email petergeagea2002@gmail.com with the subject "Inventory AI data deletion". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
